Dear Phil and Phil, Jr.,

We wanted you to know how much we have enjoyed our new home that you completed last July. This has been without a doubt the best house in which we have ever lived. Building with Paladino Homes was indeed a pleasure.

We have built three other homes and we have never encountered the helpfulness and professionalism we had with your company. Dealing with you, Phil, Jr., was indeed a pleasure. Your ideas and attention paid to details were very much appreciated. Also, your willingness to work with us on changing the plans to fit our needs made our dream come true.

Visiting the worksite daily was always delightful. There were probably only two days that there wasn’t someone working to complete our home in a timely manner. So many times you hear of nightmarish stories of building a home. Not so with Paladino Homes. From start to finish, it was a pleasurable experience that lasted only five months.

Phil, Sr., you were always on hand to make sure things were done correctly and with great quality. There were several instances where the work did not meet your expectations and you made sure it was corrected to exceed the requirements. The quality workmanship is evident in every room. The tradesmen that you hired were the best in their field. Talking with each of the contractors and having input was an important step for us. Many times they had wonderful ideas as well, that we were able to incorporate into our plan.

Our friends that have visited are impressed with our home and the quality of workmanship that was put into it. We are quick to point out that having the right builder makes all the difference in the world. We had the best, Paladino Homes. Thanks so much again.
